Batman v Superman: More Justice League Members set to have a cameo ?
There has been lot of news that has come out from the DC Extended Universe front this past week. These include details on Batman v Superman: Dawn of justice and its R-rated ultimate edition, as well as more insight on their slate of superhero movies. While we knew that most of the Justice League members have been cast for the upcoming Justice League: Part One, it was unclear as to which Justice League Members would have a role to play in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Anthony Breznican of Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that 3 Justice League members will have a cameo in the movie. He reported “There are other characters, like Aquaman, The Flash, and Cyborg who turn up in kind of smaller roles, more cameo oriented.”
The latest Entertainment Weekly’s feature on Batman v Superman offers details on the R-rated ultimate edition of the movie and few other details on Green Lantern and Wonder Woman. It reveals that we won’t be seeing Green lantern in the movie. Its been quite some time since DC confirmed that Jason Momoa’s Aquaman will have a role to play in Batman v Superman. Although, the role of the three superheroes have been described by Anthony Breznican as “cameo oriented” which suggests that they will not have big roles affecting story-line of the movie like Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman. WB has revealed that the Flash will have a dream sequence similar to those in trailers involving Ben Affleck’s Batman. Technically these are not dreams as the Scarlet Speedster has access to different timelines and this sequence could be one of his visions.
Meanwhile, Snyder and WB have kept pretty quiet about what we can expect from Aquaman’s cameo in the film, but we’ve only got a couple of weeks to go before Batman v Superman hits theaters on March 25th, 2016.
