The widely acclaimed classical Jungle Book series is all set to hit the theaters. After teasing the first footage of the Disney live action version of the Jungle Book, the studio has released the official trailer online- it looks scintillating.
The trailer begins with the narration voice of Scarlet Johansson as Kaa, we find Mowgli in the dense Jungle. The trailer takes us through the adventures of Mowgli, where he makes new friends in the animal kingdom and the challenges for his survival. As it is evident from the trailer, the jungle is brought to life with stunning realism as well as offering a brief glimpse of Mowgli. Now, the fans are eagerly waiting for the release of the movie. This remake of Jungle Book version will be based on the original book series written by Rudyard Kipling .
This tale is about an Indian boy named Mowgli who is raised by wolves and is living among the animals. Bill Murray will voice Baloo the bear, Christopher Walken will take on the role of King Louie, the ruler of a troop of monkeys and apes while Giancarlo Eposito will voice Akela, the leader of the wolf pack. With Ben Kingsley as Bagheera, Lupita Nyong’o as Raksha, Iris Elba as Shere Khan and Scarlett Johansson as Kaa . The film also marks the debut of newcomer Neel Sethi as Mowgli, who will be the only actor physically appearing on the screen.
The Jungle Book is slated to hit the theatres on April 16,2016. Given the ensemble cast of the movie, it has stirred up high expectations from the admirers of the classic tale.
