Claiming a book is a commitment to buy it. Unpaid claims may be revoked.
Chose pickup on a Whatnot or eBay Live purchase? We can ship those books with your Holdbox too. If they don’t add to the shipping cost, there’s no extra charge. If they do, we’ll invoice you for the difference.

Check your address
Please check it before you pay. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it was refused or not collected, re-shipping costs are yours.
Lost or damaged in transit
Once a package is with the carrier, it’s in the carrier’s care. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected date) with your order number and photos, and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
No returns
All sales are final and we don’t accept returned packages. Got the wrong book? Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos. This doesn’t limit any right you have under the law.

Is Holdbox free shipping?
No. Choosing Holdbox is $0 at checkout. You pay shipping once, for everything In your Holdbox, when you request shipping. Or request pickup at our HQ in Laval (Greater Montreal area) for $0.
Which books are included when I request shipping or pickup?
Only books marked In your Holdbox. Books still Headed to your Holdbox aren’t filled yet, so they aren’t counted. They stay in your Holdbox list and go out with your next shipment or pickup.
I’m waiting on one more book. Should I request now?
If you want everything in one box, wait until that book shows In your Holdbox, then request shipping or pickup. Request earlier and it simply waits for the next one.
Can I drop by HQ to pick up?
Pickups are by appointment. Please wait for your pickup-ready message: it has the address and hours.
Where do I see tracking?
In your shipping email, and on your Holdbox page next to every shipped book.
Do US orders pay duties?
They may. Import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are charged by the carrier or customs and paid by the recipient.
